We set ourselves two critical targets when representing you as your Quantity Surveyor in relation to cost planning.
One is to ensure that there is no need to ‘Value Engineer’ part way through your project. We achieve this by including for modern methods from the outset.
The second is to ensure that you do not need to raise further funding to continue your project part way through. We do this by ensuring that your cost plan is fully inclusive of the requirements, whatever the stage your project is at.
