Early Neutral Evaluation

We can assess your dispute and offer an opinion on the likely outcome. This service enables us to offer advice on gaps in your evidence, what further support and expertise you made and ultimately whether it is worth pursuing. This is a cost-effective way of ensuring that you have a good argument to begin with before funding the process of preparation for ADR.

Preparing for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We can lead the process of forming the case, collating the evidence and drafting the particulars to put forward for legal review prior to executing ADR procedures. Working closely with your legal and project representatives, we can ensure that the arguments put forward are optimised, clear and succinct.

Preparing for Conflict Avoidance Panels

We can draft your evidence and develop your case to present to conflict avoidance panels. These are often less formal procedures but can be very effective means of settling disputes.  We are experienced in ensuring that your case is well presented, well understood and excellently presented.

Quantum Analysis

We can support you in valuing the rightful amount due regarding an issue that may become a dispute or is already crystalised. This service can also be used to seek to settle a dispute before it develops further.

Mediation

We can support you in seeking to find the common ground with the other party. We facilitate various functions to enable discussion and debates where agreements can be made with the view of ultimately settling the entire dispute. We ensure that the environment in which this is carried out is done with all parties being entirely respectful to one another’s position.
